PURPOSE: A method for forming a nanopore and a structure with nanopores are provided to accurately form a pore with a desired size by controlling the length of a plurality of oligonucleotides adhered on the surface of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a nanopore comprises: a step of preparing first and second structures with surfaces on which a nucleotide is adhered; a step of adhering each end of a plurality of oligonucleotides on the surface(110) of the first structure and adhering a plurality of oligonucleotides containing a part of region corresponding to the plurality of oligonucleotides on the surface(210) of the second structure; a step of combining the first and second structures; and a step of removing a part of the combined oligonucleotides.
