METHOD FOR PREPARING TAXANE DERIVATIVES

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a taxane derivative is provided to prepare high purity and high yield docetaxel by preparing an intermediate with a certain structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing docetaxel comprises: a step of removing a protection group of a compound of chemical formula 3 through deprotection and preparing a compound of chemical formula 2; and a step of preparing doxetaxel of chemical formula 1 using the compound of chemical formula 2 as an intermediate. In the chemical formulas, Troc is 2,2,2-trichloroethoxycarbonyl; Ac is acetyl; Bz is benzoyl; Ph is phenyl; Boc is t-buthoxycarbonyl; and Me is methyl.
