PURPOSE: A robot cleaner is provided to stably perform cleaning work without pausing of driving due to an obstacle during passing to the obstacle. CONSTITUTION: A robot cleaner(1) comprises a main body(10) and a driving unit(100). The driving unit comprises a main wheel(120), a driving motor(130), a gear assembly(140), a driving shaft(150), and an auxiliary wheel(160). The auxiliary wheel is installed to be closer to center of the main body than the main wheel and drives the main body. When the main body drives, the center of the main body is hung to an obstacle and the main wheel is lifted from a floor. The auxiliary wheel is protruded to a lower part of the main body in order to reach to the floor and the main body can drive for escaping the obstacle by the auxiliary wheel. |
