PURPOSE: A system and a method for compensating time delay of three phase AC signal, and a medium having a computer readable program for executing the method are provided to compensate time delay generated in a division simulation. CONSTITUTION: An information acquisition part(110) obtains the information of a three-phase AC signal. A translation information output part(120) produces the predetermined time information of the three-phase AC signal using the obtained information of the three-phase AC signal. A signal compensation part(130) produces the predetermined time information of the three-phase AC signal. A signal separation part(140) performs the three-phase AC signal obtained in the signal information acquisition part according to a predetermined frequency.
