CONDITIONING COMPOSITION USED AFTER MIXING WITH MILK

PURPOSE: A conditioning composition which is used by mixing with milk is provided to enable easy mixing with milk by low viscosity and to contain a large amount of cationic surfactants. CONSTITUTION: A conditioning composition is used by mixing with milk and contains 2-40 wt% of a cationic surfactant to have 1.5-10 wt% of the cationic surfactant based on total mixture after mixing with the milk. The viscosity of the composition is 200-500 cP.
