PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a slag exhaust door is provided to minimize damage and deformation due to heat by radiating heat which is delivered from the slag when blocking leak of the slag, to improve durability, and to extend lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a slag exhaust door comprises: a step of molding a door body(10) of the slag exhaust door; a step of forming a cooling water path, a cooling water inlet, and a cooling water outlet by drilling inside the door body; a step of blocking a part opened to an outer surface of the door body from the cooling water path; and a step of forming the door body.
