PURPOSE: A DNA chip for SNP analysis of a gene relating to antimicrobial agent of Neisseria gonorrhoeae is provided to quickly analyze SNP and to study antimicrobial agent resistance. CONSTITUTION: A DNA chip is used for analyzing SNP of gyrA, penA, parC, porB or mtrR gene of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The DNA chip additionally contains a position marker or reference marker. The position marker is a 15 mer poly A oligonucleotide labeled with Cy3. The reference marker is an oligonucleotide having a base sequence of sequence number 46. A method for analyzing the SNPs comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from Neisseria gonorrhoeae; a step of amplifying SNA region of gyrA, penA, parC, porB or mtrR gene; a step of hybridizing the amplified gene with a probe fixed on the DNA chip; and a step of detecting hybridized reactant. |
