A cosmetic composition containing plant extracts is provided to improve effects of skin moisturizing and skin elasticity by removing free radicals and increasing activity of protection factors in the skin with plentiful amounts of catechin, vitamin C and tocopherol in the plant extracts. A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-30.00 wt.%, preferably 0.1-20.00 wt.% of plant extracts(SATIN complex) including green tea extract, tangerine extract and soybean extract in a weight ratio of 1:1:1 to 10:1:1, and is formulated as soft lotion, nutrition lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel or skin adhesive type cosmetics. |
