PURPOSE: A push service providing system and method thereof are provided to reduce the load of a push service apparatus by dispersing loads which is generated when service providers and clients connect to a push service apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A service providing apparatus(100) transmits a push message to a client. A push service apparatus(300) manages mutual access between the service providing apparatus and the client. The push service apparatus disperses the concentration of the client and the service providing apparatus. The push service apparatus provides the push message transmitted from the service providing apparatus to the client.
