PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing oriental medicinal pills or granules is provided to enhance functionality and to use the pill or granule as a material of pharmaceutical products and foods. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional lactic acid bacteria-fermented oriental medicinal pills or granules comprises: a step of mixing Aconiti ciliare Tuber, Kalopanax pictus NAKAI roots, Rhododendron mucronulatum TURCZ roots, Chaenomeles speciosa NAKAI, Aconitum loczyanum RAYMOND, Clematis mandshurica RUPR, Eucommia ulmoides OLIVE, Ledebouriella seseloides WOLF, Aralia cordata THUNB, Angelica acutiloba KITAGAWA, Citrus unshiu, and Hordeum vulgare ASCH; a step of pulverizing and steaming the oriental medicinal materials at 60-110 Deg. C. for 1-20 hours; a step of cooling the oriental medicinal materials at 10-60 Deg. C. and mixing with 0.1-10 (w/w)% of nutrition medium; a step of adding 0.1-1% lactic acid bacteria and fermenting; a step of repeating fermentation 1-10 times; and a step of drying the fermented materials by natural drying, hot wind drying, or freeze-drying; and a step of pulverizing the materials. |
