PURPOSE: An apparatus for preparing cells and fat-soluble materials by cell culture is provided to obtain fat-soluble material-solvent of high density and concentration without a separate pretreatment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preparing cells and fat-soluble materials by cell culture comprises: a culture bath(10) for culturing cells containing the fat-soluble materials; a solvent bath(20) for storing fat-soluble material extraction solvent; a mixing bath(30) which mixes cell culture liquid and the solvent; a separation bath(40) for aggregating, stagnating, and separating cells from the mixture liquid; a fraction bath(50) which divides a solution into fat-soluble material-solvent and water; and a cell containing device(80) for containing or treating cells. |
