PURPOSE: An access control method and a system capable of using a telephony approval are provided to prevent a falsification by controlling an abnormal access and performing an authentication through an additional terminal. CONSTITUTION: An access control system comprises an access person access terminal(110), an access person telephone terminal(120), a controllable target server(130), a telephony authentication server(140), and an administrator telephony terminal(150). The access person access terminal is connected with a controllable target server through local or remote and access to the data stored in the server. The access person access terminal transmits the authentication information according to the authentication request of the telephony authentication server. The controllable target server stores major core content when providing various services. The telephony authentication server is related with the controllable target server, confirms the authenticity of the server connection from the access person telephone terminal, and authenticates the access authentication for the access person telephone terminal.
