PURPOSE: A portable generating vehicle tester is provided to facilitate the maintenance of a generating vehicle by simply and accurately testing the abnormality of a temperature sensor which measures the temperature of the generating vehicle engine coolant and the operation of a radiator fan, without replacing the temperature sensor or the relay by testing the operating status while not driving the generating vehicle for a long time, thereby reducing fuel costs and time. CONSTITUTION: A portable generating vehicle tester(1000) comprises a power supply unit(100) which supplies power sources, a heating unit(200) which is connected to the power supply unit and heats the temperature sensor into a specific temperature, a test temperature, a controlling test unit(300) including a temperature sensor test unit(310) testing the abnormality of the temperature sensor and a relay test unit(320) connected to the temperature sensor and testing the abnormality of the relay, and a power source converting unit(400) which converts the supplied power into the specific voltage or current and supplying to the controlling test unit.
