PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to omit an outer case for covering a panel driving part by attaching the panel driving part to the lower surface of an upper substrate. CONSTITUTION: A pad(125) is formed on an upper surface of a lower substrate(120). A connection part(113) is formed on the lower surface of an upper substrate(110). The connection part is electrically connected to a pad and a panel driving unit(200). The upper substrate is longer than the lower substrate.
