摘要 PURPOSE: A mass calibration design method using weighing of maximum 3 weights is provided to minimize the number of measurement by using the maximum 3 weights and to minimize errors and uncertainty. CONSTITUTION: A mass calibration design method using weighing of maximum 3 weights(1) is as follows. An inverse matrix of a reference matrix of basic measurement with respect to a combination of each basic measurement is obtained based on the identical number of observations. A combination of the base measurement, which satisfies one criteria among 0-optimal design criteria for minimizing covariance, A-optimal design criteria for minimizing the sum of opposite components of the inverse matrix, balance design criteria for evenly utilizing the weights while reducing the uncertainty of the measurement, is selected. The weight sum measurement of the each basic measurement with respect to the selected combination is performed so that a mass comparison-measurement formula is obtained. Mass values of the unknown weights are obtained based on the obtained mass comparison-measurement formula by using a least-squares method.
