COUPLING DEVICE FOR REDUCTION OF TRANSMISSION ERROR

PURPOSE: A coupling device for driving transfer error reduction is provided to reduce the influence of an angular speed deviation by forming a shaft coupling unit of a coupling shape on both plates of the Oldham's coupling. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device comprises a central unit and a shaft coupling unit. The central unit includes a plurality of plates. The central unit is formed in the shape of an Oldham's coupling(210). The shaft coupling unit couples a shaft in order to transfer the driving force from a driving shaft to a non-driving shaft. The shaft coupling unit includes a gear coupling(252,254) shape formed on both plates of the Oldham's coupling. The lead crowning and the profile modification are applied to the shaft coupling unit. The lead crowing and the profile modification reduces the influence of the angular speed deviation.
