PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent the rendering from being ruptured by sequentially varying the brightness of a light blue color and a dark blue color for displaying an image. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(100) comprises multiple unit pixels. The multiple unit pixels comprise a red sub pixel, a green sub pixel, a first blue sub pixel and a second blue sub pixel. A data conversion part(200) analyzes 3 color input data for extracting a light blue using domain. The data conversion part varies the brightness of image data supplied to the first blue sub pixels in a light blue using area by each domain for generating 4 color image data supplied to each sub pixel. A timing control part(300) arranges the 4 color image data. A panel driving part supplies a data signal corresponding to the 4 color image data to corresponding sub pixel.
