CHLORELLA CONTAINING POLLEN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pollen chlorella is provided to improve functions, nutrients, and tastes of chlorella, and to suppress the allergic reaction by adding pollen to chlorella. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pollen chlorella comprises the following steps: centrifugating chlorella culture medium; drying the separated chlorella; selecting chlorella of over 1000mg per 100g; pulverizing the chlorella; drying hygienically collected pollen; extracting water-herbal extract by cooking dried herbs in a double boiler with 10-15times more water than the dried herbs; adjusting the ratio of the pulverized chlorella powder to be over 50% to the pulverized pollen; making pollen chlorella powder by mixing the pulverized chlorella powder and the pulverized pollen; mixing the pollen chlorella powder with enough amount of herbal extract; the pollen chlorella, the pollen, and the herbs are mixed in a ratio of 5:4:1wt% in dried state; and the composition is provided as a form of refinement, granule, and powder.
