PURPOSE: A display device and a control method are provided to supply the same effect of an existed server-client structure, thereby minimizing time and expenses necessary for the setting of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit receives data signals(S410). The control unit updates data which is previously received and stored to data included in the data signals(S440). The control unit sets up use environment of a display device using the updated data(S450). The control unit transmits the received data signal to one or more adjacent display devices(S460).
