PURPOSE: An installation structure of a ladder for a ship is provided to reduce installation manpower and time by removing a welding process when safety guards are installed. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure of a ladder for a ship comprises base panels(20), stair panels(10), and safety guards(100). The base panels are arranged on both sides of the ladder. The stair panels are arranged between the base panels. Each safety guard comprises multiple pillars(102) and a handrail(104). The pillars are installed on the upside of the base panels. Brackets(200) coupled to the base panels by couplers are coupled at the bottom of the pillars. Coupling holes for combining with the couplers are formed on the base panels.
