PURPOSE: A medical-use air bubble removal device is provided to remove air bubbles inside blood due to injection or flow of blood with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A medical-use air bubble removal device includes a body having an inlet having a hollow in which an injection or blood enters and an outlet in which the injection and blood exit; a plurality of chambers(12) in which the injection or the blood entered through the inlet travel and a fluid path(20) making travel of the injection or the blood travel. The chamber forms fluid upper flow or fluid lower flow while a membrane filter allows only air to pass in the fluid upper flow side of the chamber, and an air bubble outlet(24) in the fluid upper flow side.
