PURPOSE: A double-level parking device is provided to enable to park or remove a car in a small space. CONSTITUTION: A double-level parking device comprises a first level car holder(4) and a second level car holder(2). The first level car holder is separately formed from a pillar in order to enable to park or remove a car to the second level car holder. The second level car holder integrates the pillar(1) and a rotary plate for entirely moving the parking device on horizontal movement.
