PURPOSE: A drum sorter is provided to improve filtration efficiency of food wastewater by preventing solid substances of the food wastewater from clogging a liquid discharging hole for discharging liquid substances of the food wastewater, and to effectively prevent the clogging of the liquid discharging hole by separating the solid substances held in the liquid discharging port using a high pressure washing liquid discharged through a high pressure washing nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A drum sorter separates liquid substances and solid substances from food wastewater. The drum sorter includes a filtering drum(12), an actuating part(13), and a high pressure washing nozzle(14). Multiple liquid discharging holes(121) are formed on the outer surface of the filtering drum. The actuating part rotates the filtering drum, and moves the separated solid substances inside the filtering drum. The high pressure washing nozzles are placed outside the filtering drum at regular intervals, spray high pressure washing liquid towards the liquid discharging holes for a certain period time. While the filtering drum is rotated by the actuating part, the liquid substances are discharged outside through the liquid discharging holes from the food wastewater flowing inside the filtering drum, and only the solid substances remain inside the filtering drum. The high pressure washing nozzles spray the high pressure washing liquid towards the liquid discharging holes in order to prevent the solid substances from being held in the liquid discharging holes. |
