PURPOSE: A high efficiency method for isolating chemically labeled nucleic acids is provided to enable simultaneous isolation and purification of a plurality of oligonucleic acids, and to be applied to an automatic installation. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency method for isolating chemically labeled nucleic acids comprises: a step of reacting a hydrophobic chemical marker and nucleic acids in a solution, and preparing a reaction solution; a step of adding an organic solvent to the reaction solution, and stirring to prepare a mixture solution; and a step of centrifuging the mixture solution, and removing an organic solvent layer.
