摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring the activation of a protein kinase using a carbon nano tube transistor and an activation measuring element for the same are provided to enhance the simplicity of anticancer drug development by easily measuring the activating extent and the existence of the protein kinase. CONSTITUTION: An activation measuring element for measuring the activation of a protein kinase using a carbon nanotube transistor comprises a substrate(10), a source electrode, a drain electrode, a nano structure(30), and a peptide film(70). The source and drain electrodes are formed by being spaced from each other. The nano structure is electrically touched to the source and drain electrodes. The nano structure is formed in between the source and drain electrodes. The peptide film covers surfaces of the source and drain electrodes.
