PURPOSE: A gear using a timing belt and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a quiet and accurate driving control without the need for fueling while driving. CONSTITUTION: A bottom surface of a timing belt(2) is inserted into the inner or outer periphery of a gear body(3). The gear body comprises a boss(33), a central axis hole(35), a timing belt guide and a timing belt separation preventing hummock(32). The completed inner and outer teeth gears(2000) are protruded in a concavo-convex shape.
