PURPOSE: A surgical instrument is provided to facilitate an operation by bending the end part of the surgical instrument in various directions. CONSTITUTION: An end part(30) is installed to a support unit to be bent in various directions. A handle(40) is installed to the main body to rotate or move linearly. A wire delivers the operation force of the handle to the end part. A guide part changes and delivers the direction or the length of the wire. A releasing part(50) removes the constraint of a braking part.
