PURPOSE: An extracorporeal radial shock wave medical device is provided to cure soft tissue by forming a striking part and a transfer device in a hand piece. CONSTITUTION: A housing(200) has an accommodation space. The housing includes a cap and a body. A shock medium(300) linearly moves in a cylinder. The shock medium delivers shock wave generated by the collision of a projectile(210) to the outside. A discharge part discharges compressed air to the projectile.
