摘要

PURPOSE: A composition containing anthocyanin isolated from black soybeans for preventing and treating varicocele or male infertility is provided to reduce oxidative stress, and to reduce oxidative DNA damages in the testis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating varicocele or male infertility contains 15-35 wt% of delphinidin-3-O-glucoside, 55-75 wt% of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, and 1-10 wt% of petunidin-3-O-glucoside.
