摘要 PURPOSE: A sintering machine exhaust gas treatment device and a treatment method thereof are provided to increase absorption efficiency of an activated carbon, to prevent blockage of an absorption unit and to prevent corrosion due to condensed water by reducing condensed water generated inside of an absorption unit by removing moisture from exhaust gas before removing SOX and NOX. CONSTITUTION: A sintering machine exhaust gas treatment method includes the following steps. A step(S10) of cooling high temperature exhaust gas exhausted from the sintering machine; a step(S20) of removing dust included in the exhaust gas of the sintering machine; a step(S22) of removing moisture included in the exhaust gas with dust removed; a step(S30) of removing SOX included in the exhaust gas using an activated carbon as a catalyst; a step(S40) of heating the exhaust gas up to an oxygen dew point; a step(S50) of removing NOX included in the heated exhaust gas using the activated carbon as a catalyst; a step(S60) of spraying a catalyst to the exhaust gas in a process of removing the NOX; a step(S70) of regenerating by heating the activated carbon in a regeneration tower; a step(S80) of filling the regeneration tower exhaust gas exhausted from the regeneration tower to a storage tank; and a step(S90) of neutralizing the regeneration tower by spraying cleaning water to the regeneration tower exhaust gas supplied from the storage tank.
