PURPOSE: A control device of seatbelt webbing for a vehicle without mounting a separate booster seat is provided to let parts of webbing pass not a neck part but a shoulder part of a child by changing the position of the webbing while hanging the webbing to an anchor during the boarding of the child. CONSTITUTION: A control device of seatbelt webbing for a vehicle comprises a pair of hangers(200), a seat frame(400), and a hook-type anchor(500). The pair of hangers is attached to one side of the seat frame. The hook-type anchor is detachably formed on the hangers. A seat backrest includes an installation hole(610) at a position corresponding to the anchor. The position of the webbing is varied by the detachable anchor towards the outside of the seat backrest through the installation hole.
