APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING MISASSEMBLING OF A UNIVERSAL JOINT

PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a universal joint is provided to improve the product reliability and to prevent safety accidents by allowing a user to easily recognize the assembly errors between a shaft and a yoke when assembling the universal joint of a steering device. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a universal joint comprises a yoke(100), a shaft(15), and a slip member(310). The yoke includes a serration hole(110). The yoke is installed in order to enable joint rotation. An end of the shaft is accommodated in the serration hole of the yoke. The shaft is connected to the yoke by a medium of a bolt. The slip member is detachably connected to the end of the shaft by the medium of a fixing unit. The slip member slips and rotates when touching the bolt. The slip member is comprised as a ring shape including a hollow in which one end of the slip member and the other end of the slip member are connected.
