PURPOSE: A multilayer cell construction method and a system thereof are provided to improve the capacity of a wireless system by combining a mobile backhaul technology with a small cell technology. CONSTITUTION: A service infrastructure(101) provides accumulated knowledge(111). A device infrastructure(104) comprises devices and receives the accumulated knowledge from the service infrastructure. A network infrastructure(103) provides network connection between the service infrastructure and the device infrastructure. A platform infrastructure(105) accumulates the knowledge in the service infrastructure by processing data collected from the network infrastructure and the device infrastructure.
