PURPOSE: A cloud system with improved security and a security management method therefor are provided to safely protect materials of a virtual cloud server from hacking by differently authenticating the usage of materials existing in a cloud server. CONSTITUTION: A control system(100) generates a wake on command by authenticating a user using a fingerprint recognition method, a face recognition method, or a biometric recognition method. A portable terminal(210) generates fingerprint information, face recognition information, or body recognition information by recognizing the fingerprint or body of the user. When an authentication request is inputted from a control system, the portable terminal completes authentication by transmitting the fingerprint recognition information and the face recognition information to the control system. A personal virtual cloud server(300) is activated according to the wake on command and enables a user to read documents by allowing the access of a user computer.
