PURPOSE: A system and method for evaluating speaking anxiety using ECG measurement are provided to diagnose the degree of anxiety with an objective numerical value by measuring ECG in real time. CONSTITUTION: A speaking data input unit(41) receives speaking data of an examinee. An ECG data input unit(42) receives measured ECG data. A profile generation unit(43) analyzes data properties. The profile generation unit extracts an R-R distance from the ECG data. An index evaluation unit(44) calculates speaking anxiety indexes.
