PURPOSE: A direct or indirect electrochemical method of NAD(P) derivatives is provided to ensure stability and excellent synthesis efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing a compound of chemical formula I comprises a step of reducing the compound by an electrochemical method. In chemical formula I, R is CSNH_2, COCH_3, CHO or COOH. The electrochemical method is a direct or indirect method. An electroenzymatic synthesis method of a NADH-dependent enzyme reaction product comprises a step of using the compound reduced by the electrochemical method as a coenzyme. A composition for electroenzymetic synthesis of the NADH-dependent enzyme reaction product contains the reduced compound as a coenzyme. |
