PURPOSE: A safety device for the gripper of an excavator is provided to stably and easily attach or detach a gripper to the arm of an excavator, and to prevent the movement of the gripper by adhering to one side of the arm. CONSTITUTION: A safety device(100) for the gripper of an excavator comprises a holding part(110), an elastic support part(120), a gripper tight fit part(130), and a gripper rotation restricting part(140). The holding part is joined to the gripper(30) through a base block(115) for firmly and easily joining to the gripper. The elastic support part is installed in the arm(10) of an excavator for elastically attaching to or detaching from the holding part. The gripper tight fit part is joined to the arm for tightly fitting the holding part to the elastic support part. The gripper rotation restricting part is formed in the arm and joined to the gripper tight fit part in order to completely restrict the rotation of the gripper. |
