PURPOSE: A module bonding apparatus for producing a flat type display is provided to securing stereoscopic installation and displacement by moving a stage with the angle rotation of a quadrangular worktable. CONSTITUTION: A worktable unit(100) including a substrate mounting part is installed on the surface of a quadrangular worktable(1). The angle of the quadrangular worktable is rotated at regular angles to a horizontal center shaft(1b). A bonding device assembly(2), an elevating device assembly, and a horizontal movement device assembly are installed on the quadrangular worktable. A loading device and an unloading device are successively arranged in a position facing with the substrate mounting part. |
