PURPOSE: An expansion structure for a floor slab or a large scale exhibition space including a finishing mold is provided to improve the workability and reduce the installation costs by increasing the joint gap and the area of the concrete floor slab. CONSTITUTION: An expansion structure for a floor slab or a large scale exhibition space including a finished mold comprises an underground support slab(14), an elastic pad(16), a concrete floor slab(12), a cushion plate(18), a sleeve plate(20), a finishing mold(22), an elastic sealant(24), and a mortar layer(30a,30b). The underground support slab is installed in the lower part of the joint generated between the gaps of the adjacent concrete floor slabs. The elastic pad supports the concrete floor slab with an elastic repulsive power. The concrete floor slab is installed in the elastic pad and comprises of a cast in place of the concrete or precast concrete. The cushion plate is installed in a support protrusion(112) of the concrete floor slab. The sleeve plate is installed in the upper part of the cushion plate. The finishing mold is connected to the sleeve plate, and the elastic sealant is inserted inside the finishing mold. The mortar layer is cured in the divided space around the finishing mold and lays the sleeve plate. |
