PURPOSE: A gargle cup including an electrolysis electrode plate is provided to install an electrode consisting of many discharge cells for sterilizing and disinfecting water by electrolyzing. CONSTITUTION: A gargle cup including an electrolysis electrode plate includes an electrode plate(15,16) installed in the bottom surface of a body unit for sterilizing and disinfecting water, a power supply terminal(12) fixedly installed in the bottom surface of the body unit, a coupling unit being formed in the upper part of the body unit and capable of coupling a water storage unit(21) and the coupling unit being formed in the lower part of the body unit and coupling the body unit. The gargle cup is formed to have a hole or is formed in a hollow shape to physically separate or couple the body unit and the water storage unit, for water to travel into the body unit in which the electrode plate is located for sterilizing and disinfecting water in a lower part of the storage unit.
