PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing metal particles and ink composites and a paste composite manufactured thereby are provided to prevent corrosion of a metal head which discharges ink composites, when using an inkjet printing method. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal particles comprises: a step of preparing a first solution including a silver(Ag) compound and a solvent(S101); a step of heating and stirring the first solution(S103); a step of adding an ganophosphorus compound to the first solution and heating(S105); and a step of forming metal particles capped with a phosphorus(P) compound from the first solution(S107).
