PURPOSE: A hard-coating composition is provided to form a hard-coating film with membrane strength such as scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, and elongation equal to or more than conventional hard-coating films for decoration films. CONSTITUTION: A hard-coating composition comprises (a) an acrylate-based copolymer to which an acryloyl functional group is introduced, and (b) nano dispersion silica particles surface-treated with linear oligomer to which amino silane is introduced. The surface-treated nano dispersion silica particles are included in the amount of 1~200 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the acrylate copolymer which an acryloyl functional group is introduced. |
