RAILING EQUIPPED WITH CHAIR

PURPOSE: A handrail with a chair is provided to enable pedestrians to use mobile devices such as an MP3 player using a USB port. CONSTITUTION: A handrail with a chair comprises a guardrail(300), a chair(330), and a USB(Universal Serial Bus) port(340), and a power supply unit(350). The guardrail comprises multiple pillars(310) installed at regular intervals along the edge of a bridge; and a security bar(320) installed between the pillars. The chair is installed in the pillars or the security bar. The USB port is installed in the chair in order to connect mobile devices such as an MP3 player. The power supply unit is installed in a neighboring pillar or safety bar for supplying power to the USB port.
