PURPOSE: A highly reliable multilayer film including a fluorine type macromolecule coating layer is provided to manufacture a fluorine type macromolecule coating layer in a low cost at a low drying temperature by using a volatile solvent and use in a solar cell back sheet etc. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer film includes a base material layer and a fluorine type macromolecule coating layer. The multilayer film has 10% or more of elongation after 100 hours at 2 atmospheric pressure, 121>=, and 100% relative humidity or after 3000 hours at 85>= and 85% relative humidity, and has 5B of cross-hatch adhesive force. The base material layer is a polyester type sheet and the polymer sheet of polyamide type or polyimide type.
