PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for attaching a cut plate and an attachment plate to an ingot are provided to prevent an adhesive from falling by coating an adhesive surface with the adhesive of a spot shape. CONSTITUTION: An attachment plate(21) attaches a cut plate(22) and an ingot(23) to a wire saw. A twin pack adhesive is made of a main agent and a curing agent. The twin pack adhesive is spread from a spot-shaped part in a corner direction of an adhesive surface. The twin pack adhesive is spread from a band-shaped part in a width direction of the adhesive surface.
