PURPOSE: A high-pressure fluid control device of a high-pressure control valve for a power plant is provided to easily install multiple fluid-resistance housing in a valve body. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure fluid control device of a high-pressure control valve for a power plant comprises a first fluid resistance housing. The first fluid resistance housing is installed inside the valve body of the high-pressure control valve and comprises multiple high-pressure fluid through-holes(110). A second fluid resistance housing having multiple high-pressure fluid through-holes is formed inside the first fluid resistance housing. Multiple fluid resistance housings having multiple high-pressure fluid through-holes are attached to the interior of the second fluid resistance housing. The high-pressure fluid through-holes formed on the multiple fluid resistance housings have inclined inlet parts(111) through which high-pressure fluid is entered.
