PURPOSE: A component mounting device is provided to precisely recognize the position of a light emitting unit and to mount a light diffusion lens having an optical axis with high precision on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A lamp(20) emits ultraviolet rays to an LED element. A camera(19) adheres to a mount head. The camera photographs a substrate recognition mark in order to recognize the position of the substrate. A filter(24,24A) adheres to the mount head. The filter blocks the ultraviolet light.
