摘要 PURPOSE: A HVDC[High Voltage Direct Current]optical control card test system and a method thereof are provided to shorten the inspection time and improve efficiency and quality by inspecting not only the inner components of an optical control card but also an optical control card part interfaced with the optical control in a rapid and accurate manner. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting part inspection apparatus(10) includes a transmission power source unit(11), a transmission memory input unit(12), a mode selecting unit(13), a transmission control unit(14), a transmission state display unit(15), a thyristor temperature sensor(16), a pulse control unit(17), an optical power control unit(18), and a transmitting unit(19). The transmission power source unit supplies power to the whole transmitting part inspection apparatus. The transmission memory input unit is connected to an external computer and performs a function in which a program and data are inputted. The mode selecting unit selects an inspection selection mode about an interface line for the line inspection of a HVDC optical control card. The transmission control unit controls each configuration part of the transmitting part inspection apparatus according to an inputted program(operation control algorithm). The transmission state display unit displays a pulse signal state and a pulse signal type according to the control of the transmission control unit. The thyristor temperature sensor senses the temperature of a thyristor according to the current size of a thyristor valve. The pulse control unit controls a general normality ignition pulse signal and a high frequency precision pulse signal in order to correspond to an electrical pulse signal transmitted from the thyristor temperature sensor, and delivers the signal to the transmission control unit by selecting a high frequency precision pulse signal. The optical power control unit delivers the electrical pulse signal outputted from the transmission control unit to the transmitting unit. The transmitting unit outputs the delivered electrical pulse signal by converting into an optical signal.
