PURPOSE: A double sheet layered soundproofing panel is provided to prevent the unnecessary reflected sound generation of a reflective soundproofing plate noise source and to enhance the soundproofing performance of the reflective soundproofing plate. CONSTITUTION: A double sheet layered soundproofing panel is composed by adhering a sound insulation plate(20) on the surface of a reflective soundproofing plate noise source. The sound insulation plate comprises a front plate(21), a rear plate(22), and a plurality of partitions(23) which is installed between the front and rear plates. The front and rear plates are apart from each other. A plurality of compartments is formed as a resonance or buffer space between the partitions.
