PURPOSE: A drive test device and a method thereof are provided to execute MDT(Minimization of Drive Test) operation in UE(User Equipment) by using a plurality of PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) IDs. CONSTITUTION: UE(200) sets a PLMN a registered PLMN as an MDT_PLMN and an equivalent PLMN as MDT_ePLMNs according to an MDT operation execution command and logged MDT operation. When a PLMN which is registered in a moving state is different from the MDT_PLMN and the registered PLMN is matched with the MDT_ePLMNs, the existence of the MDT log is notified to an eNB(evolved-NodeB)(210).
